Shipments and Returns

Order Shipping

Shipping lead time 2-4 days, Packages are generally shipped within 1 day after order confirmation and are shipped via third party courier companies that takes 2-4 days till you receive your order.

Please note according to the Egyptian shipping companies, they do not offer partial delivery. so if you have ordered more than 1 piece you can not receive part of the order & return the rest. You’ll have to receive your order in full then process a return and refund if necessary. 

 Customer can always check their order when logged in to their account. If you prefer Express delivery within 1 day, an additional cost will be applied So please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we can always track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packing & payment collection as well as shipping costs. Shipping fees vary according to city/address of the shipment, We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched with special care to make our customers so happy when receiving.

 

Returns

As we offer you free shipping & we pay for your shipping cost on your behalf to the shipping companies to provide you an easy shopping experience, You can take your time to receive your shipment at ease to check & enjoy it.

you can return or exchange your order within 14 days unworn in original condition, with labels & tags on it.

If you want to return / exchange part or all your order, you can always request a return when you log in to your account  and go to your order details, click on the item you want to return & then do the return request.

Or contact us info@hanzo-eg.com within 1 day from receiving the order to file for a return.

Accordingly we will send the courier to collect the returned order from you within 24-48 hrs after your request then send it back to our warehouse to check it.

Once we receive your returned item, we will update your return status & refund you back your money

you can always follow up your return update from your account.

The return process & money transfer may take up to 3-5 working days & return Shipping fees will be deducted before refund if you want to Return /Exchange which we will deduct before returning your money.

If the returned order is ok according to our return policy, customers will get their money back after deducting the shipping fees through Transfer back on customer instapay or bank account.
